Windows 10: Can't add a Credit Card as payment method.

Hi. I was trying to buy "Sea of Thieves" from Microsoft Store and wanted to use Credit Card as payment method. Whenever, wherever and however i tried to type in the Card information, when i clicked to save it i got a message saying : "Check the info that you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card."
I checked every single detail, every information what is needed are matching on my Microsoft profile, on my PC and also when i want to add the Card information (either on Microsoft Store or on Microsoft web page in browser). I am using Windows 10. I did this multiple times with the same end result. I just keep getting the same message over and over again. It is getting really frustrating and i can't find any solution for this.

If anyone know how to fix this or how to make it work, i would really appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

Thanks for posting on the forum,



I would suggest to do the following: from your phone go to settings > email+ account > and check the first email on the list under "Microsoft Account", then from your pc log in to this web site

https://commerce.microsoft.com with the same email and password and check, please, under payment method if you can see your credit card listed, if not click
on "add payment method" and add your credit card.



After that restart your phone and check if you can buy an app to test the card.

  Add or switch payment methods on the purchase confirmation screen.
• Add a new payment method or change the payment method.

Like always, things are made difficult for the end user

what payment methods available other than credit card in india

Hello guys

I am from India and i own Nokia Lumia 720 and like to buy some app and games, but i found that there is no other way to pay for the same other than credit card.
Can any one here suggest me how I can pay for the app other than credit card. I have visa debit card which i tried to add as a payment method but it said "Cannot authorize payment". There is no Paypal support for India and in payment method there is Microsoft
account which show 0.00INR and i can't find any way to add fund to it.

Guys Please Help
