Windows 10: Cant add device only for one family accout, the same device works for other

Hello, I have a clean new install of WIN 10, logged with my microsoft account and allowed a family sharing. I have two children, one had family microsoft account daughter and for second son I created new family microsoft account. Both accounts I abled on settings / family and other users. Both accounts are on the same device NTB. Both accounts works. On family profile online I see both accounts connected. BUT I cant add device for daughter's account. For sons account everything works ok and I see a connected device. Again, both on the same laptop. Any idea what to do or set?Thanks a lo

Family Devices not showing in Microsoft Account

Used to be able to see family devices, windows machines under Devices listed in the Microsoft Account Online in the Web Browser.

The permission for this is set for each Family member and still can be toggled under each Organiser.

 

X800 GTO2 = Unknown Device

I flashed the BIOS on my X800 GTO2 last night and it is listed in the Device Manager as an Unknown Device. Is this normal?

 

GPU-Z device list enumeration, device order?

Specifically, how are the the GPUs listed in the drop down sorted, or determined? Vendor and PCI ID? OS hardware device list? Other?

Sorry if this was answered somewhere already. Searching for "GPU LIST ORDER" and like terms were not helpful.
