Windows 10: cant add new billing info

Discus and support cant add new billing info in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I've tried several cards and checked them all how many times before entering it in as a new payment method, but every time it says, 'Check that the...     I've tried several cards and checked them all how many times before entering it in as a new payment method, but every time it says, 'Check that the details in all fields are correct or try a different card.' even though the details are all correct

    Billing Info - how Delete?

    Hi, I need help. I don't know how I have 4 billing Info, I need delete this, but I don't know how. Very weird because for example there is a billing info about Canada, and I've never ever been in that country. So, how can I delete 3 billing info and just
    keep my real information?

    Is about Microsoft Account > Payment & Billing > Billing Info

    There are 4 "personal account".

    I appreciate your help to solve this.

    GPUz Incorrect Info GF117

    I've got the GT620M in a Zenbook and the newest version of GPUz has it listed as a 40nm part whereas all other info on the web suggests its 28nm. Can you investigate, W1z?
