Windows 10: Can't Add newly built address as Billing address for Account Credit Card

Hey there,

I've moved to a newly built home, and the Payments and Billing menu won't let me add the new address as a Billing address. I keep getting an error on the Xbox console telling me to check my address, which matches my Canada Post address, and the one on file with my credit card company. I tried adding a new address through the Address Book on the account portal, and the error I receive there is that my postal code does not match my city. Of course it's a New postal code, but it certainly is valid. Just want to update my info to continue my subscriptions billing mid-month. Any help or tips are greatly appreciated!

Adding Credit Cards with APO Billing Address

How do people with APO billing addresses add APO addresses as their billing address when adding a new credit card?

NOTE: this is NOT to ship to APO. I have read the Microsoft policy stating they dislike APOs and hate sending mail to anyone without access to a local address. I understand they hate APOs for unknown reasons. Maybe APO addresses took their families from
them, and this is their subtle revenge. Maybe they vowed to one day destroy all APO addresses, and find inner peace. I don't care why they hate APOs.

This request is to allow me to pay Microsoft money. I want help in order to PAY MICROSOFT MONEY.

What I want to know is: how do I add an APO address to my billing address when I add a credit card to my account. I would very much like to add a credit card to my account, but I cannot, because the billing address is an APO address and Microsoft's system
does not accept that.

Please, Microsoft, assist me in GIVING YOU MONEY and tell me how to add an APO credit card billing address to your website.

Again, IMPORTANT NOTE: I am NOT trying to MAIL anything to APO. I want to BILL my purchases to a credit card FROM an APO address.

Any information actually responsive to this request would be greatly appreciated.

 

Add a Guam credit card to my account

Hi, I was wondering how to add a credit card whose billing address is in Guam to my Microsoft account. I tried to buy an app on my Windows Phone, but when trying to add my credit card as a payment option, I was unsuccessful as the "state" dropdown box
in the Billing address form does not list Guam. (It does list Washington, DC, and Puerto Rico, however.) Thanks in advance for your help.

 

Can't setup a Parent account- Asked for a US address and credit card but I'm in Australia

Setting up new laptop with microsoft account it asking for a parent to verify account but i cant as it wanting an american address and credit card information. I am in Australia.
