  1. Can't adjust any search index options

Whenever I click on either the Customize search locations or Advanced indexing options buttons in Searching Windows, I get the "Windows can't find '::[26EE0668-A00A-44D7-9371-BEB064C98683:{87D66A43-7B11-4A28-9811-C86EE395ACF7}'" error. Whenever I click on the Indexer troubleshooter I get the "Windows Online Troubleshooting Service is disabled" thing. I've tried following over a dozen tutorials on how to fix that but nothing has worked thus far i.e. I ran a scan it it said everything is fine. My Windows says it's on the latest version. Thanks for any help

    :)
