Windows 10: Can't adjust brightness on Windows 11 Ideapad Gaming 3

I've had this issue for several months. I can't adjust my brighness from shortcuts, right hand side pannel or settings. i tried updating drivers, restarting, turning off battery saving mode etc nothing worked. a few weeks ago it got fixed on its own before breaking again.

This issue might have happened due to corrupted/ outdated drivers.
