Windows 10: can't believe blue screens are back with Windows 10, why?

Hello,


I have just upgraded and installed all of my software. I have started working. After a couple of days, I had blue screen and my laptop was forced shut down without saving any of my work.


I thought we had left blue screens with Windows 95 and Windows ME. I have just moved from Windows 8.1 which was great.


Guess I will have to revert back to Windows 8.1. How can we work with such unstable situation of not knowing when I will have blue screen.


I had plugged in my external hard drive before. No problem. I vaguely remember seeing some SQL strings. Plenty of error variations that should not actually be bothering end users.
