Windows 10: Can’t boot after trying to reinstall windows

My pc was moving a bit slow so I used the restart pc with keep files option.After completing loading it restarted and it just keeps restarting.I tried:- using an usb with windows to complete the installation or do a fresh one BUT after booting from usb it just goes to a blank blue screen and after a min it shuts down- updating bios to last version, still the same issue- reseting bios by using the CMOS- booting using the same usb without UEFI results in a red/ orange screen that then shuts down the same way it does with the blue onespecs are: i7 9700gigabyte z370 hd3nvidia 1070Pls help, I’ve be

Do not download or use Restoro PC Repair Tool, just try the steps listed below that.

I was having a slow boot issue on my Windows 7 install a little while back. It would take about 30 - 40 extra seconds to boot up for whatever reason.

I would try following these steps, while this didn't solve my issue, it did increase Read/Write to where it should be.

In the end, I had to reinstall my Windows 7 entirely to fix the booting issue. It was taking around 35 seconds to boot, and after the fresh install it takes about 7 seconds to boot.
