Windows 10: Can’t boot to windows past motherboard logo. Windows reinstall nor restore work

I can’t go past the motherboard logo. It’s a black screen; I’ve tried connecting monitor to motherboard instead of GPU. It was overheating horribly before, I don’t know if that had anything to do with it. BIOS works and there’s no warning lightsNow windows reinstallation doesn’t work either. It jumps to 15% and then goes back to main recovery mode page. Every time. Restore doesn’t work either, it just loads for a bit and goes back to the black screenI literally can’t do ANYTHING because windows is dead and I can’t get rid of it. Windows XP PRO error after restore

System restore is handy when it works like it did for me 2 days ago saving the need to reinstall all of my software as well as windows, id suggest using norton Ghost 12 for an excellent system restore feature.

 

Computer hangs on Windows Logo, help!

Hello, i am having trouble yet again. This time i removed my nvidia drivers and it boots past the windows logo everytime so i guess it's a driver problem. Everytime i reinstall new drivers i can't get past the windows logo, any help? I've also tried driver sweeper to no avail.

 

Sabertooth 990fx won't boot to windows logo, it shuts down

to boot and enter bios and load windows, any todays PSU (with the correct plugs) will work, AFAIK

to enter BIOS only low wattage is used.
Then, during boot, the HDD and a bit later the videocard card start to demand juice, then the other devices and periphericals... so the total demand during boot up is incrementing step by step, that's why a failure halfway could indicate a PSU problem....
