Windows 10: Can't boot Windows 11

System was working this morning, but a hard drive not the main drive was not. I did try changing a few bios settings, but believe everything is back the way it was. The system boots to "Advanced options" menu which gives me a "Command Prompt", the ability to uninstall recent updates and several completely useless options that just take me back to the "Advanced options" menu. I do not not want to uninstall anything or use a restore point until I confirm something is actually wrong with my install. I do not see any option anywhere to try to boot normally. Is this something I have to run i

Sabertooth 990fx won't boot to windows logo, it shuts down

to boot and enter bios and load windows, any todays PSU (with the correct plugs) will work, AFAIK

to enter BIOS only low wattage is used.
Then, during boot, the HDD and a bit later the videocard card start to demand juice, then the other devices and periphericals... so the total demand during boot up is incrementing step by step, that's why a failure halfway could indicate a PSU problem....

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
