Windows 10: Can't bring up the wifi networks, anyone know how to fix this issue?

Hello,I haven't made any changes to my computer but this morning when I tried to connect to the wifi, the wifi settings dissapeared. When i clicked the icon on the right side of the bar in desktop, it brings up the sound and brightness settings but the wifi settings won't pop up. When i try to go directly through the settings app, it refuses to load, even though all the other settings tabs are loading perfectly fine. I also tried restarting my computer a couple times and restarted the wifi itself, but it doesn't seem to help. I tried going to the control panel and ran the Windows Network Diagn

  Identify and repair network problems from the list of results.
• Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if that fixes the problem.

We recommend that you try the steps on the Update the network adapter driver,
Run the Network troubleshooter followed by networking commands, and Use network reset to reinstall network devices sections.

In future if you face any issues with Wireless connections, I suggest you to un-install and re-install wireless card drivers and check. Follow the steps:

I would suggest you to un-install and re-install wireless card
driver and check. Follow the steps.

• Press Windows key + X.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Network adaptor.

Right click on the wireless card driver and click on Un-install.

Now go to the manufacturer website of your
wireless card or computer and install the latest drivers for your
wireless card and check.
