    my account has parental thing on it but i lost the account info and idk if its possible to get back, if not then is there any way to remove the parental controls and switch it for a new account?

    i recently bought a xbox voucher and bought some vbucks for the new fortnite battle pass all on the microsoft website and it hasn’t gone trough.

    Detail:

    i sign into the microsoft website as i would normally do and redeem the gift card, then i use the money i got from the gift card to buy the 1000 vbucks. Then i log into the epic games launcher with the xbox section like i normally do and i find that it isn’t
