Windows 10: Can't cancel dead parents support subscription

My mother is dead and MS keeps charging her for a support plan. I don't have her computer, I don't have her sign in and password, I don't have ANYTHING. Other articles on MS lead me to an email to send if a parent died. The email came back with errors. This is totally unprofessional. HOW TO GET HER ACCOUNT CANCELLED. The multiple offers for this in other threads FAILED to WORK.

Cancel subscription

I need to cancel a monthly subscription but I can't find it in my subscriptions. I have the order # and I am being charged monthly, how can I cancel this? We have logged in to the accounts and cannot find the subscription listed to cancel it.

Canceling a subscription

Why can I not reach ANYONE on ANY phone number listed? I’m being charged for a subscription that I’ve tried for 2 + years to cancel. I can never reach anyone and have no log in information to login to cancel said subscription. This is absolutely the worse system ever!
