    Can't change a launguage


    So a while ago I discovered this issue where I can't install a new lauguage, because after clicking the "next" button, the settings just freeze and I can't do anything. Can I do it mannualy whithout going to settings or do I need to fix something, or do I need to factory reset my PC? Thank you very much.
