    Can't change App Folder after reinstall of Windows


    I had to reinstall Windows 10 last night, which left a number of Xbox Game Pass for PC applications installed stranded on my second NVMe drive. Now, I am unable to uninstall them directly, unable to delete the folder, unable to get the Xbox application to recognize them and hook them back up even though they were installed under the same account. I cannot seem to give myself even administrator access to blow away the folder, as TrustedInstaller has even higher access than I do on my own machine.


    How can I purge/delete the folder so I can reinstall the games, or get the XBox application to look in there to reattach the games to the XBox application without reinstalling them?


    EDIT: When I try to set the 'Install new apps' location in Windows Settings or through the XBox application to the NVMe D: drive, it gives me the 0x80070005 error access denied.

    Change Folder Icon in Windows 10


    I just acquired a new laptop running Windows 10 and am trying to change the icons of the folders in the StartUp "Program" folder so that they would stand out a little better. I used my admin account and followed all the steps listed above, but when I clicked on "Apply", nothing happened. The same basic windows folder icon remained attached to the folder. I also tried to go into Properties and capitalize some of the folder names, but that didn't work either. Looks like something is protecting them, but I cannot figure out what it is much less how to get around this blockage, Any suggestions?

    Split Steam app folder between 2 HDD?

    As the title suggests I want to find out if there's a way I can split my steam app folder on to 2 drives, specifically an SSD that I will be putting my OS and most used games and apps and a regular HDD for everything else?

    Here's the steps to update EMUI 4.1.1 to 5.0 :
    • Download the EMUI 5.0(desired version) .zip file, and unzip it.
    • Place the .hwt file in the HWThemes folder from your phone.
    • Using the Themes app, apply the new theme.
    • Restart the phone, in order to see all the new changes.
    And you’re done!
