Windows 10: cant change battery sleep and hibernate option

Discus and support cant change battery sleep and hibernate option in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; Dear community Can anyone tell me how to reach a live person at Microsoft.     Dear community

    Can anyone tell me how to reach a live person at Microsoft. I tried the chat feature and it made me go thru all kinds of insane mesures to set up an account which was basically send me in circles. I gave up. I have tried everything under the sun to change the sleep and hibernate option in the settings and advanced settings display menu. I changed the time that the laptop goes to sleep and hibernate to never but it still signs off every minute or so that I dont use my keyboard. Its very frustrating. All I want is someone from microsoft to be able to answer why I can seem to get the changes I made to....stick!

    Does anyone have advice on this situation for me......

    sleep or hibernate

    hibernate longer start up but shorter than full reboot and less battery usage
    sleep faster startup more battery usage.

    You could look in to power options for your self to depending on how you use it to while going peoples houses. Like make sure it turns on\off when lid is open\closed and if that is how it's setup already sleep mode will get you doing what you need sooner.


    Only thing i can think of is battery wear and that's going happen anyways.

    Battery drain in sleep and hibernation

    Since a clean installation of Win 10 my laptop battery has begun to completely drain overnight when in sleep or hibernate modes. It is ok when powered off so I suspect the battery is ok.

    Any suggestions?

    Turn off hybrid sleep/hibernate.
