    Can't Change Default Apps for open files when input language is chinese


    select any file, right click, attribute,then click change Open with. and Select an app from your computer.When input language is chinese . try input something.the window No response and can't close it.when input language is english ,it's ok.

    How to use English as default input language?

    For window 10 Traditional Chinese version, I would like to know on how to set English as default input language and remove any Chinese input.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    We realize your concern in this regard. Let us know few things to analyze the issue.

    • What do you mean by "can't be changed to Chinese input language method."?
    • Are you getting any error or it won't allow you to change?
    • Which edition of Windows 10 installed on your computer? Press Windows logo key + R, type
      control system and hit Enter key.
    • Did you try making Chinese as a default input language from Start > Settings > Time & Language >
      Region & language?

    Can my Windows 10 display language be Chinese, but have my default input language be English?

    Hi, I have Windows 10 installed with default language of traditional Chinese. I also set up to input in traditional Chinese or English. The default input language is Chinese. I would like to know if the default can be set to English. Basically, I am asking
    whether the default display language can be different from the default input language. Right now I always have to switch the input language in the taskbar after reboot. Thanks!
