Windows 10: can't change desktop icon names

Discus and support can't change desktop icon names in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; Whenever I try to change the name of desktop icons, it asks for admin rights (I have them, only user on Windows, admin), I give it and then the whole...     Whenever I try to change the name of desktop icons, it asks for admin rights (I have them, only user on Windows, admin), I give it and then the whole computer just hangs until I restart explorer.exe from Task Manager.
    Anyone else having the same problem? Any solution or workaround?

    desktop icons

    I can't read my desktop icon descriptions. They are too small and blurry. If I enlarge the icons the names are still blurry. Is there a way to make the names of the icons clearer?

    Desktop Icons

    In Windows 10, I've got a lot of unwanted icons on my desktop. They are all small icons. They can't be dragged or re-sized, but will move when I re-arrange them by size or name. They are not in my Desktop, or any Desktop folder. Clicking on them does nothing.
    They are duplicates of other icons on the desktop. They appeared kind of spontaneously.
