Windows 10: Can't change Game Bar icon. Help or lost cause?

I know it sounds silly, but I really really don't like the new game bar icon. I will deal with it, but I'm pretty heated at the fact you can't change it back to the original or anything else like every other application in Windows via a simple right click > properties > icon. Updating game bar alleviated the few bugs I was encountering, but I would 10,000% go back to those bugs just for the old logo back. FYI I already have Full control of the WindowsApps folder via admin, even changing full control permissions to Everyone does nothing when it comes to pasting a png file into the Asset

• Download the setup files for the game and save it on your local disk.
• Right click on the setup file of the game and select
  “Properties”.
• Select “Compatibility” Tab.
• Place a check mark next to“Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.
• Let the game install and then check thefunctionality.

If the icon is hidden from the task bar, you can enable it by using the following steps. The icon might be hidden. Here's how to show the battery icon:

• Right-click an empty area on the taskbar, and then click
  Properties.
• Under Notification area, click
  Customize.
• In Notification Area Icons, click on Select
  which icons appear on Taskbar.
• On in the drop-down list next to
  Power, and then click OK.

If the issue still persists you can try Updating the latest Power management driver software for Windows 10 from the manufacturer website.
