    can't change mouse settings. Nothing happens after I click mouse in the control panel! and also can not use the additional mouse settings from the mouse settings in the settings app. I am on windows 11. and also I can't change the trackpad setttings.

    Mouse setting in control panel won't open (Windows 7)

    Mouse settings in Control Panel stopped to respond. When I click on the Mouse icon in Control Panel the screen blinks but nothing happens after that. Lost access to the mouse controls. How to fix it? Thanks in advance.
