Windows 10: Can't change my moniter back to 60Hz on win10

    Can't change my moniter back to 60Hz on win10


    My refresh rate has suddenly changed to 30Hz on my 60Hz moniter and I can't set it beyond 30Hz, the dropdown list to.select refresh rate only goes up to 30Hz. I've always had it set to 60 Hz and I don't understand why I suddenly can't set it back to 60Hz, any help?

    Moniter power up but fails to show anything.

    Windows 10 version 1909.

    I just installed a new to me graphics card in my wifes desktop but the moniter shows a blue screen, a message saying HDMI no signal and then goes black. I changed the cable back to the on board graphics but it does the same thing. Everything was OK before I made he card change. Suggestions please, the wife is NOT happy with me at the moment.
