    I have tried to change my password on Microsoft https://account.live.com but get this message:
    You can't complete that task here
    To continue, you need to go to your organization's web site.
    Any advise?

    If you choose to select I've forgotten my password that the email Microsoft sends you goes to an email address you can access that does not depend on gaining access to the problem computer.

    Why can't I log in my PC after I've changed my microsoft account password on Windows 10? I have done all the steps and I am still receiving a message saying: That password is incorrect. Make sure you're using the password for your Microsoft account. You
    can always reset it at account.live.com/password/reset.
