Windows 10: Cant change my Windows Hello PIN

I want to remove the log in PIN on this computer, and when I go into the settings optionand select "sign in options-Windows Hello PIN," I select Remove and it asks for myMicrosoftAccount\*** Email address is removed for privacy *** password. I have tried entering in my Microsoftaccount password and gmail password to no avail.I logged in sepately to my Microsoft account and gmail to verify the password.The error I get is "The user name or password is incorrect."Please advise.
