Windows 10: Can't change password, "Something went wrong, try again later"

Ive tried to change my account password but it literally just loads and then immediately it hits me with "Can't change password, "Something went wrong, try again later". Idk how to fix it, ive looked on threads, videos, granted myself permission over the NGC folder, reset ACL, NOTHING is working. Idk what to do.

Since you’ve done the initial troubleshooting steps on resetting the PIN which is deleting everything from
Ngc folder, you can now create a new PIN for your Windows 10 PC by performing the following steps below:

• Press Windows + I to open Settings.
• Click Accounts.
• On the left pane, click Sign-in Options.
• Click Add a PIN.
• Follow the instruction to add a new PIN.
• Test your PIN using the Command Prompt (Admin).
• If you cannot find the Command Prompt (Admin), you can enable it by using the Command Prompt and type the
  net user administrator /active:yes.
• After enabling the built-in Administrator Account, you may now log on and try resetting the password of the account which is not working. You may disable it later once you are done by entering
  net user administrator /active:no in Command Prompt. You can use this also if you want to change passwords or PINs in other User Accounts.

Trouble Changing Wi-Fi Password


I've been following the following steps to change my Wi-Fi password for some time:

1. Launch Control Panel.
2. Click "Network and Internet."
3. Click "Network and Sharing Center."
4. Click "Wi-Fi...."
5. Click "Wireless Properties."
6. Click the Security tab.
7. Check "Show characters."
8. Enter the password in "Network security key."

Those steps have been working just fine, but today I discovered a new wrinkle. If I change the password inside the router first, "Wi-Fi..." doesn't appear in step 4. This isn't much of a problem at home, because I can just change the password in Control Panel before I change it inside the router, but it would be a problem at a public hotspot, or something of that nature. I also tested Brink's instructions in "How to Connect To a Wireless Network in Windows 10," but they don't work for me either. How can I fix this?

 

Is there a trojan csrss.exe? If so how do I eliminate it.
