Windows 10: Can't change Sign-in pin - option currently unavailable

Fairly new laptop, want to change sign-in pin as it has been compromised. Windows Hello won't let me. Keep getting same error message 'This option is currently unavailable. Something went wrong, please try again later'Have tried every help and support option, they keep sending me to same place but I cannot do anything there, as I keep getting the same message - 'option is currently unavailable'I have tried to take a screenshot of it using the snipping tool, have saved the image as both a png and as a jpg and neither will uplpad into this box. I need to change the sign in PIN (Windows Hello); however, "This option is currently unavailable".

I need to change the sign in PIN (Windows Hello) on my laptop. However, in Settings; Sign-in options; PIN (Windows Hello); the option is grayed out and says, "This option is currently unavailable". Can this be fixed?

PIN went away. Now when I go into create a PIN I get "Something went wrong. Try again later". The step prior is: Start.>Settings>Accounts>Sign in Options>Windows Hello PIN and it reads "This options is currently unavailable - click to learn more". I
followed the steps suggested, but they don't work

PIN (Windows Hello) is currently unavailable

I've signed in with my PIN. In Settings, I select the Accounts menu. Then I select "Sign-in options", and I see the ways to sign-in. I want to change my PIN, but why does it say "This option is currently unavailable"? Thanks.
