    Hello, im just trying to bypass the hotspot throttling from Tmobile, so I am trying to change the ttl on my pc.
    I followed some online guides, but I can't get it to do anything.
    I did what this guy did in this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=icSy_SxB6mo&t=851s)
    And I did what was suggested in the comments, to put 2 lines of code into cmd.
    When I ping localhost or anywhere, I am supposed to get back something like
    Reply from ::1: time<1ms TTL=65,

    but im only getting back the

    Reply from ::1: time<1ms

    So I am assuming my ttl hasn't changed.
    I tried doing it with and without restarting my computer.
    Anything else to suggest?

    Windows 10 Tweaks

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    After contacting Nokia, I eventually got a reply that I should change the authentication but, as I am trying to connect to a university wireless network, it is idiotic to suggest the authentication method would be changed so that I can connect with my
    E61. Buying a Windows Mobile smartphone would be the best solution if Nokia are not going to support EAP-TTLS-PAP.
