Windows 10: Can't change windows passowrd

I turned off my pc and when i turned it on again later it told me to change my password and new password must contain only numbers so i did it with assume i can change it later back. But after that, when i try to change password it says this:I don't know what to do, I just want my old password back. Can someone help me please?

Windows 8.1 update changed the language, can't change back

Maybe, these will help... it seems it is a common enough problem.

Language packs are no longer available after you upgrade to Windows 8.1

Change your Windows display language

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
