Windows 10: cant clean temp files becouse i cant find the open files

I have a Dell Latitude 5520, windows 11. I have been trying for 2 days to clean my temp files. Still, it says there are files open that need to be closed ,I'm not a professional and got the laptop for school so I don't know anything about programs or what file does what,I did go into task manager. Still, I'm afraid to stop or delete something important since I don't know what runs and I left them alone. I'm to it is a smart screen that's open but how do I close them all so the command will run and clean all my temp files? if you can walk me through or send me directions I would greatly appreci

opening .dds files with gimp

Simply, HOW? I got the DDS plugin but the POS wont open DDS files still. Can someone give me a step-by-step rundown of how to install the DDS plugin for gimp so I know if I'm missing something?

 

These temp files will not delete

PowerPoint file crashes PowerPoint upon opening

since this happens in some of the computers only, suggest that you open the file on working computer and copy everything and paste to a new powerpoint file.
