Windows 10: Can't click on anything a few seconds after starting computer.

When I turn on my computer at first everything works fine, then it plays the sound when you plug in a usb drive and then I can't click on anything. The mouse still moves like normal, and the keyboard isn't affected. I can sign out and sign back in for it to let me click again for a bit before whatever program loads and stops me from click.

is it possible to hand build a motherboard?

Might I suggest you simply build a computer, making notes and taking pictures step by step. Most people (probably including your teacher) have no idea even where to start building a computer. You'll do fine, and if you get stuck we're here to help ya out! *Toast :toast:
