Windows 10: Can't click on anything in Windows

I just built a new PC (Asus X570 Prime P, 3900xt, gtx 1060 (soon to be 6800xt), 64gb 3600 ram, 1tb nvme ssd) and I have encountered this problem quite a few times.

When I first set up my PC, whenever I would plug in a new peripheral, Windows would seem to freeze. I could still move around the mouse, but nothing would happen when I clicked on anything. I wouldn't even get a spinning circle like it was trying to load, just nothing would happen. Everything would be fine after I restarted the computer, but then would freeze again when I plugged in something else new. Then, today when I was uploading around 900 photos to OneDrive, the same thing happened. Once I got around 250 photos into the upload, it froze the same sort of way. I would have to restart my PC, and once I uploaded about 250 more photos, it would happen again. This happened over and over until I finally uploaded all of the photos.

Any ideas?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
