Windows 10: Can't click on certain apps until i reset explorer.exe every boot

I recently upgraded to windows 11, for a few weeks it worked fine but now everytime i boot i can't click on the desktop, the taskbar, any system related window nor firefox to name a few. Other programs like steam work fine.so, to fix this what i'm doing is everytime i boot i open the task manager and with my keyboard navigate to windows explorer, kill the task and then run it againthis do not always fix it sometimes it even fixes only a few apps so i go through the process again.i've already tried to boot in safe mode and to disable all non windows task on boot in msconfig but to no avail, i

How to factory reset Cisco 1700 Router

Hopefully I can help you here....its a very common thing to happen.


First, I take it you dont know the passwords for console access or telnet/ssh?

I will assume that these devices belong to you.

step 1. Plug a cisco console cable into a serial port on your pc
step 2. Plug other end into Cisco console port
step 3. Using hyperterm or putty or similar connect to the serial port
step 4. boot router, and make sure you clearly can see the output (this confirms you have good serial comms)
step 5. if this fails, adjust the comm port settings (9600, 8,1,n are the default)
step 6. now you have to do the only hard part...send the break command:

Break command list: Break Commands

Go down the list and match your OS and SW and try the sequence suggested.

If this fails several times do what I do: Install putty (free) and then to send a break so you can get into rommom just hit "ctrl-a b".

 

No Internet Explorer after reset

After a factory reset Internet Explorer no longer works and QuickBooks Pro says it won't run without it. The Internet Explorer program folder is there with a few files but no .exe file. I tried to install it but get a pop up that it is already installed. It is not listed in Add/Remove Windows Programs to turn on. Is there any way to fix this?

Let's get this sorted out. We suggest you try these troubleshooting steps:

• Start the Windows in clean boot. To do this, follow the steps
  here.
• Once in clean boot environment, change the settings again to set it back to
  List. Normally, changing the view style in the bottom right of the window and exiting File Explorer should do the trick. The next time you open File Explorer, it should default to the last view style selected.
• If the issue persist, let's run SFC scan to look for corrupted files. Here's
  how.
• Restart the computer normally.
