    Can't clip or do a screen grab!


    I have a common problem: every time I try to do a screen grab or clip, It FAILS!After some research, it boils down to some settings in 'Services, particularly 'Data Sharing Services' & 'Delivery Optimization'. It is not just a one-time fix. It is every time. I can do 10 clips in a row and every time I have to go into services and start 'Delivery Optimization' and not just restart, but STOP 'Data Sharing Service' and THEN start it again.Also, it would seem that M$ is demanding their $ because you can no longer talk directly to them without being a paid member of 365. I don't use or care abo
