Windows 10: cant close replies that block reading view on articles on MSN news site.

When viewing MSN articles using Edge browser, replies to comments i made cover the reading area of the page a want to view. When I press the x to close these replies they don't disappear. This leaves me a small viewing area to read while i scroll past these replies that block the article I'm trying to read. Heeeelllp.

How do I block pop up in my browser everytime I open a news or article


I love to read news or any article in msn news but now I'm getting frustated and annoyed coz everytime I click the news or any article a pop up menu come out which is blocking the things I want to read. I tried to close by clicking the x bottom in the corner but nothing happen. MY privacy setting also is block any pop up menu but still its keep coming out.POP UP says " DID YOU FIND THE STORY INTERESTING? like us on facebook to see similar stories. Then some article also is there and A facebook logo telling get the application.I dont want to add an application of facebook so Please help me on what to do? MY OS is windows 10. Thanks.

Since you've mentioned that you already ran your anti-virus and the issue still persists, what we suggest is for you to do the following below:

Method 1 - Reset Internet Explorer:

• Close all Internet Explorer windows. Select the Tools button, and then select Internet options.
• Select the Advanced tab, and then select Reset.
• In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, select
  Reset.
• When Internet Explorer finishes applying default settings, select Close, and then select
  OK. Restart your PC to apply changes.

Note: Resetting Internet Explorer isn't reversible, and all previous settings are lost after reset.

Method 2 - Change your Internet Explorer Homepage:

• Open Internet Explorer, select the Tools button , and then select
  Internet options.
• On the General tab, under Home page, enter the URL of the site you want to set as a home page. You can add more than one URL, or add the site you're currently viewing by selecting
  Use current. If you add more than one URL, put each URL on its own line.
• Select Apply, and then select OK. The next time you open a new browsing session or window (or select the
  Home button ), your home pages will be loaded automatically.

Note: Your home pages only appear when you open a new browsing session or a new window, or when you select the Home button in Internet Explorer.

MSN EUPP and redirecting my wish to read MSN articles.

My home page is IE. However, in my address bar now shows MSN EUPP, always. No matter the address I put in it returns. My problem is that I want to read an article and I am redirected. At least three times last week I got a warning when redirected
that I need to call Microsoft stating a virus is now invading your system. Of course it would not let me out. I had to turn off my system. I ran Norton and a malware program, defender and MSERT. Nothing shows up. This is time consuming to always be redirected.
I wish to disable this. Can you help me? I am fed up. I do use multiple browers but prefer to read MSN and use it as I have had the same email address for many years.
