I purchased new Acer computer April 2020. System Information screen shows: "Can't collect information. Cannot access the windows instrumentation software. Windows management files may be missing or moved."

What is wrong and how can it be fixed?

As I noted above I obtained the following response to your suggestion to get System Information, "Can't Collect Information. Cannot access Windows Management Instrumentation Software. Windows Management
files may be moved or missing".

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
