Windows 10: Can't complete windows install

Started clean install of Windows 10 on new SSD. Everything is fine until first restart. After that my PC reboots goes back to the first step of installation. I've checked the drive and can see the windows files. I've attempted startup repair and that doesn't work. My BIOS are set to boot from USB and all other non OS drives are disconnected. Please help thank you.

Also if I try booting from my SSD after the first restart I receive an no boot device found error.

Windows Installation restarts and can't complete

Hello. I've been installing windows 10 on a pc build and when it says "Windows needs to restart to complete install" it restarts then says "Windows restarted unexpectedly" then it would restart to fix it putting me back to that screen again. I can access
my BIOS so that isn't a problem. Please let me know what to do (I cannot send dmp files, that is what I keep getting people to ask me to do after repeatedly telling them I don't have access to them). When I try to re-install (this is like my fourth time now)
it now says that some drivers aren't compatible. This drive is completely empty except for the already installed windows on there. So I have no idea, tell me if there is anything that I can do.

What build are you installing and where from?

 

What PC/Laptop are you installing Windows 10 on?

 

A self built PC. i5 3570k, Gigabyte GA Z77 D3H mobo, Samsung EVO 850 500gb SSD, 16gb RAM

 

Can you post the image from you current UEFI settings in BIOS? Specially about Hard Drives etc. Do you have any other HDDs plugged in currently to the PC?

 

You do not need to change the boot order of drives in your UEFI bios settings.

- Go back into the UEFI bios and restore the default settings
- Connect your Windows 10 USB/DVD
- Restart the computer
- Press the correct key to enter the boot menu (for example, Gigabyte F12)

Here is an example of the one-time boot menu:

 

AT this point all files were copied to your SSD, just disconnect the USB from the PC then reboot again. It should continue with the installation.

 

I removed the USB just prior to the install complete when it says it's preparing to reboot and when my PC rebooted, I received and error about no boot media drive found.

 

Did you any other HD(s) connected beside the SSD ? . If so, disconnect all except the SSD that you plan to install Windows. Try again with the steps below:
Boot up Windows Installation. On the first screen, Press and hold SHIFT Key + F10, a command Windows will popup then type:
- diskpart
- select disk 0
- Clean
- Exit
- Exit

• Click Next to continue.
• Select Custom
• Select the first unallocated partition and click next. Windows will create all needed partitions to install Windows 10
• Disconnect the USB when getting message: Boot in 10 seconds...
• Continue.

Disk 0 isn't listed for me. What disk am I cleaning my disk where windows is being installed?

 

Again my problem isn't the install itself. It's when the install is finishing up and does a restart. After that restart the install doesn't resume itself and I can't boot into Windows.

 

From diskpart, type list disk. Does it list disk 0 as your SSD ?

 

No disk 6 was my SSD. I believe 0 is my HDD, but it's not connected atm.
