Windows 10: Can't connect Audio and Video in Webex meeting

The past week everything was good, but suddenly I am not able to have video/audio in a webex meeting. When I join in a pop up will show:

"It is not possible to connect Audio or Video because we can't validate the security certificate for your Webex website. This error may be caused because an unvalid certificate, an old one or because it was modified and has become unvalid"


I have been in contact with a Webex tech guy who did not manage to fix the problem even with remote control and thinkering here and there with the certificates. He adviced me to contact Microsoft because it seems it is not a problem with Webex.

All those certificates are installed:

• Verisign Class 3 Public Primary Certification Authority
• VeriSign Class 3 Primary CA - G5
• VeriSign Class 3 Public Primary CA - G3
• QuoVadis Root CA2

I am out of ideas. Can anyone help?

Can't view video in Webex after installing Windows 10

Thank you for your suggestion. When I checked out Webex Player the description suggests that it's purpose is for facilitating the viewing/listening of things that have been recorded through webex or stored on webex. I was referring to using the "share
computer screen" feature while in a meeting and opening a mp4 video file to share with someone. This worked just fine when I had Windows 8 and I realized that it is only since updating to Windows 10 that there has been a problem, with delayed, chopped off
sound and halted (buffered0 video. I am considering uninstalling Windows 10 but wanted to check with others first.

Unable to connect to Cisco Webex Meetings with Windows 10

Hi Team,

I am not able to connect to Cisco Webex meetings through Windows 10. I have tried login to the meeting with IE,Edge,Chrome and forefox with no luck. I am getting the below error 'invalid input or system error. Please try again or contact your site administrator.'.

Please help me with the issue asap.

Unable to connect to Cisco Webex Meetings with Windows 10

I found that some of my clients' WebEx links do work on my Windows 10 Microsoft Surface Pro 3, while others do not -- in Chrome, Internet Explorer 11, or Edge.

I tried the IE Tab extension solution within Chrome, and it worked perfectly for a WebEx meeting that otherwise would not work.
