Windows 10: Can't connect calls to Phone Link

I recently got my very first Samsung and was excited to try the Phone Link app. I am physically disabled and being able to use my phone on my computer makes it much more accessible. However, calls will not connect to the app. I get the little popup for calls, but it says "call on phone" and there is no option to switch the call to the app. I have microphone permissions on and my phone is connected to the app via Bluetooth, I'm not sure what else I can do. Both my PC and the app are up to date.

I found out about the problem when I ran games on the phone using Phone Link. Assuming that the PC is connected to the phone with Phone link On the phone if you look at the Bluetooth settings you will see that:

• Calls = Enabled
• Audio = Not available

However, on the PC if you run Bluetooth Audio Receiver and open a connection to the phone then On the phone if you look at the Bluetooth settings you will see that:

• Calls = Enabled
• Audio = Enabled

 

Old call will not delete out of Phone Link on my pc
