Windows 10: Can't connect Dualshock 4 to pc

Dualshock 4 doesn't appear in the list when trying to connect to it with bluetooth. It also doesn's appear on other bluetooth devices.

Try troubleshooting without the emulator. Uninstall and restart PC first.
