Windows 10: Can't connect my mobile hotspot to my laptop wi-fi

Hello, i wanna ask somethingi've got a new phone recently, it's Samsung A25 5G. so when i tried to connect A25's mobile hotspot to my laptop, it didn't work. i thought the problem was on my laptop, so i immediately use my old phone hotspot Samsung J6+ and it connected to my laptop's wi-fi. so what is the problem? i did not change the network band using 2.4 GHz and security type WPA2-Personali also tried to connect each other phone mobile hotspot and it works just fineTLDR;A25 hotspot > J6+ wi-fi YESJ6+ hotspot > A25 wi-fi YESJ6+ hotspot > laptop wi-fi YESA25 hotspot > l

Laptop cannot connect to mobile hotspot on Windows 10 mobile

As we would need some additional information to troubleshoot the issue.

Provide us with the below details for better clarity.

1. Is the laptop able to connect to other Wi-Fi networks?

2. Are other devices able to connect to the mobile hotspot network?

The Wi-Fi network might not be configured properly after the update. I suggest you to remove the old network created and try creating a new mobile hotspot network with new credentials. Further, remove the network from the Laptop connections by selecting
Forget network.

Now connect to the new network from the Laptop and check if it gets connected.
