Windows 10: can't connect net

I'm having trouble with my PC, Its really slow so I restarted it. However, the moment I use it again, it won't even connect to the network anymore. I don't know why it's happening but I'm sure I have connection.

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I suggest you to un-check and recheck .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series from Windows features.

Try the following steps:

• Press Windows + R keys to open Run command.
• Type Appwiz.cpl and select "turn Windows feature on or off" from the left
• Uncheck .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series.
• Restart the computer
• Repeat step 1 and 2 and check .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series.
• Restart the computer.

You can try these following steps in fixing this issue:

• 
  Open
  Command Prompt
  as
  Administrator.
  
• 
  Type
  net local administrator /add
  networkservice and hit
  Enter.
  
• 
  Type
  net local administrator /add
  localservice and hit
  Enter.
  
• 
  Type
  Exit
  and
  restart
  your computer.

cant connect to net

only one computer is connected to the net i dont have a router the computer that does not connect to the net here at my house works on my motherinlaws house
