    Since i upgraded to Win 10 21H1, I cannot connect to localhost / 127.0.0.1. Prior to the upgrade, http pages were being served by Apache 2 w/ php and mysql. The error message I get in Chrome is "Your Internet access is blocked". I suspect this is likely due to the Win Defender Firewall as I did not have it enabled prior to the upgrade, as far as i know. I checked services and Apache is running. Processor IntelR CoreTM i3-2120 CPU @ 3.30GHz 3.30 GHz Installed RAM 8.00 GB 7.85 GB usable System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Edition Windows 10 Home Version 21H1 Instal

    localhost

    Hi ZAINAL

    As explained on your other thread, this is an issue with the WAMP stack, use 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost in the address bar and you will be able to test using that stack

    So for example, use 127.0.0.1/SiteName/Index.html instead of localhost/SiteName/Index.html

    Hi ZAINAL

    Please explain this in more detail, are you developing a website or web app and you need localhost configured?

    If so, what stack, XAMPP, WAMP . . . etc. are you using for that development and what localhost error are you seeing?

    If you are not developing for the web, please explain, the issue or error you are seeing with respect to localhost .. .

    How to resolve internal error issue on WAMP?

    I have installed WAMP on windows 10, I have stopped IIS, No skype.

    WAMP icon is green, Click on WAMP, Click on Localhost (first opton). I get following error



    If I type Localhost on the URL it works fine.

    I have treid to change the port number. did not help. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
