Windows 10: Can't connect to 5GHz wifi networks anymore - Connected, no internet access Intel AX201

Hi everyone! I write this post because since some weeks I've a problem in connecting to 5GHz wifi networks with my Intel AX201 adapter, integrated in my MSI Z690 Edge Gaming. At first I thought it was a problem with my home network only it was set to be a 5GHz by default, because it kept working with my smartphone's hotspot. Yesterday I tried to connect it to another hotspot that was set on 5GHz and I got the problem again.In shorts it can connect to the access point, sometimes it works randomly for some minutes or hours but then the problem shows up again. It's like it couldn't see the gate

Wifi connects but no network internet

Currently my internet is being a little troubled. I can connect to the wifi, but only one of the networks on my computer (we have a 2.4 ghz and a 5ghz network, I can only connect to the 2.4ghz network). So, I can connect to that network, and the internet
does in fact work. Youtube runs, I can download things, etc. However, when I over over the wifi symbol, it says (24WillaRouter, Internet Access .... Network, No internet access), but for most intents and purposes, the internet works fine. The exception comes
when I try hosting a game session on my computer that I run, and it acts as if I don't have internet in that scenario, and beyond that, I can't connect to the 5 ghz network for the faster download speeds. As of now, I use a wifi adapter on my computer to connect
to the network and it seems to be in fine working order. Phones and my laptop don't seem to have this problem. I'm really befuddled because I can't seem to find anyone that is having this specific problem.

As a note, here are the things I have tried to resolve the issue:

Reboot the modem and router several times

Restart/Shutdown my computer several times

Multiple ipconfig commands suggested by "12 Step by Step Fix to Wifi Connected but no Internet Access"

Restart Modem via Xfinity Customer Profile

 

PC can't connect to 5GHz wifi network. 5GHz is supported by the wifi adapter in my pc.

802.11d is an option present in the advanced properties of some WiFi adapters, on your WiFi adapter model it may not be present. Go to the Advanced Properties of your WiFi adapter, search for Wireless Mode in the list, report or highlight the current setting in the box Value on the right.

If you have a smartphone, temporarily configure it as a Hotspot then connect with the PC to the 5 GHz hotspot network and check if you can access the internet.

Intel (R) WiFi 6 AX201 160MHz was already pre-installed on the PC or the did you install it later? Is your Desktop PC customized and built by you?

1. Open Admin command and type: ipconfig
   
   
   
2. Win+X->Control Panel->Netwok and Sharing Center
   Follow the screen shot. This should disable internet access from this PC but allows access to local device(s)
   NOTE: Use the IP & Subnet Mask from step 1. Leave Default gateway & DNS Server blank
