Windows 10: Can't connect to certain websites from home wifi Win 10 and Mobile

I've seen several similar questions to this on the forums and still haven't found a solution.In short, I am unable to connect to certain websites via my home WiFi. These websites all happen to be hosted by the same provider UKCheapest. I have raised a ticket with them and they don't seem to think there is any sort of problem from their end. Example website: www.mjryder.net Error: 'Hmmm... can't reach this page. mjryder.net took too long to respond'This isn't a device-specific issue as I have tested it with my mobile, as well as the laptops and mobiles of other members of my household. T

Cant Access Certain Websites

my windows firewall is being controlled by avast and I was able to connect to the website fine a week ago at least router as my home wifi but when I connect to my mobile hotspot I can connect to the website fine but not in my home wifi.

 

Can't connect to certain public WiFi.

Lumia 950 and T-Mobile wifi calling

It's been a year so the exclusivity must have run its course.

What will it take to get Microsoft and T-Mobile to cooperate to enable WiFi calling on the Lumia 950? I was not aware that I was losing this function when I upgraded my phone at Microsoft store, and WiFi calling was listed as a feature on my non-carrier-specific
phone.

In addition to not supporting wifi calling, it means we do not get the T-Mobile sponsored in-flight Gogo Wifi and texting as it requires Wifi calling to work.
