Windows 10: Can't connect to Family Safety Windows 11 and can't assign device to child account

I have two computers at home, both running Windows 11.I'm logged on as an administrator and with my Microsoft account on both of them.The first computer bought about 3 months ago is used by one of our two boys. When I set it up I managed to add him to my family group and assign the computer to him, which of course means that I'm able to set up parental controls on his account/computer.The second computer is used by the other boy and was bought about a week ago. Since I logged onto this one I'm not able to connect to Family Safety on either of the computers "We couldn't connect to Microsoft

Family Safety - add device to child profile

Since this is the case and you have ensured the settings are correctly setup in family Safety, we suggest that you sign in using your main account and remove you child's account from Family Safety list. (Refer to the image below for reference.)





After completing the steps, attempt to use the email address of your child to login to the computer and see if the same error message still shows up. If the error no longer shows up, we suggest that you attempt to add the account back then to Family safety.

• When you say that "It brings me to the family safety website alright, but it will not add the computer to the child account", are you referring of adding the device as trusted for the child account in the family safety?

Family Safety unlinking device doesn' t work

When I was just browsing trough the internet, I accidentally connected my laptop to my microsoft account. (I use 2 laptops and this one isn' t supposed to be connected to my account)

I have tried to search up ways to undo this, with no succes. It still shows up in my Microsoft Family Safety devices-list. I don' t know how to fix this.

It would be grately appreciated if someone could show me a way to do this.
