Windows 10: Can’t connect to internet after network reset

So I like to play a lot of fps games and yesterday I realized my ping was spiking to the hundreds, and I kinda ignored it and just went to sleep and hoped that it would fix itself overnight. This morning it didn’t, and I tried restarting my network and restarted my laptop because I was impatient and after, it didnt even let me connect to anything. I tried restarting my modem and troubleshooting but for whatever reason it still hasnt fixed, I also tried other different things people told me to do in cmd prompt and device manager and yet nothing still works. Please help, I literally do not know

Connecting computer with no internet connection to network printer

1. Open Admin command and type: ipconfig
   
   
   
2. Win+X->Control Panel->Netwok and Sharing Center
   Follow the screen shot. This should disable internet access from this PC but allows access to local device(s)
   NOTE: Use the IP & Subnet Mask from step 1. Leave Default gateway & DNS Server blank
