    Can‘t connect to internet from Jiofi 3 using usb in my windows 10 pro v1709 PC.


    Whenever i connect my jiofi 3 (jmr 540) to my pc using usb cable the system doesnt install the drivers and connect to internet. I have tried updating the RNDIS driver but it shows that the best driver is already installed. And the moment i connect the system becomes irresponsive untill i disconnect the usb.

    Let's determine the cause of the issue. To get started, I'd like to get the following information:

    • Is this your first time to encounter this issue? If so, did you make any changes to your computer's configuration prior to this?
    • Have you connecting jiofi to a different device? If so, please check if the same issue happens?
    • Can you please confirm the current build of your Windows 10?

      (Type winver into the Cortana search box, then hit Enter.)

    Meanwhile, I suggest that your run the Network Troubleshooter. This will automatically detect and resolve problems with connecting to the internet. To do so, please follow these steps:

    • Open Control Panel.
    • Select View by: Small icons.
    • Open Troubleshooting.
    • Under Network and Internet, Click Connecting to a Network.
    • Run the troubleshooter.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions.

    Hi Sawan,

    Please provide the answers to the following for us to be able to learn more about the issue you're experiencing:

    • Is your Windows 10 up-to-date?
    • Are your drivers up-to-date? If not yet, you can follow the steps found on this
      link on how to update your drivers in Windows 10.
    • Have you tried connecting a different device to your JIOFI router and got the same result?
    • Have you also tried rebooting your JIOFI router and still got the same result?
    • Are you also experiencing the same slow performance when using your other hotspots?

    Meanwhile, you can check this link for some repair on network connection issues in Windows 10.

    Let us know what happens after following the repairs found on the above mentioned link.
