Windows 10: Can't connect to internet or get network controller driver

I am fixing a laptop for a friend it's a dell inspiron 1545 I installed windows 7 then it says no driver for network controller couldn't connect to the internet so I went on another downloaded all the drivers I could still didn't work I tried to plug it to the internet using ethernet it says I have internet access but I cant search cause it says im not connected I can sometimes open 2 pages then the internet fails again I shut it, open it again and it will work for a second somebody please help

1. Open Admin command and type: ipconfig
   
   
   
2. Win+X->Control Panel->Netwok and Sharing Center
   Follow the screen shot. This should disable internet access from this PC but allows access to local device(s)
   NOTE: Use the IP & Subnet Mask from step 1. Leave Default gateway & DNS Server blank

  Press theWindows
  key + X button on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Go to
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Select
  Network and Sharing Center.
  
• 
  Click on
  Internet options.
  
• 
  Choose
  Connections
  tab.
  
• 
  Click on
  LAN Settings.
  
• 
  Uncheck
  Use a Proxy server for your LAN.
  
• 
  Click
  Apply, then
  OK.
