Windows 10: Can't connect to internet

Hello everyoneI am having trouble connecting to the internet on my PC after some digging, it says my ipv6 is connected but ipv4 is not running on ethernet so i can connect to websites like google youtube outlook microsoft store but no smaller sites like reddit, or most importantly my school website that holds all lectures and homework...I have tried all the things in cmd like flush dns ipconfig renew, i have done a network reset, uninstalled the network drivers entirely...and nothing is workingplease if you have any ideas post them below it would be really helpfulI should add that it works P

Try the following steps:

  Click "Search" and type "Troubleshooting" without quotes and hit enter.

  Select "Internet Explorer connection"

HTC 7 Mozart mobile not connecting to internet

If you cannot connect to Wi-Fi or use the Mobile Data on your HTC 7 Mozart device, we suggest that you follow the steps given on
Lumia troubleshooting and repair. After each step, check to see if your issue has been fixed.

• For issues connecting to Wi-Fi networks, select Connectivity > My phone has problems connecting to Wi-Fi networks, then follow the suggested steps provided.

• And for issues connecting to the internet using a mobile data connection, select
  Connectivity > I cannot connect to the internet using a mobile data connection. Make sure to select the next options given if the problem persists.
