    Can't Connect to Microsoft Store & Most Apps & Programs Reset


    Not sure what happened but a few weeks ago I started up my laptop and I started getting errors and the Microsoft store doesn't open anymore and I can't install it again. Plus most of the programs I had installed don't work anymore.On startup, the error I get is: IGCCTray.exe file can't be found - I can't install it because I can't install the Windows StoreAnd then when I go into my app/program most of the major apps now start with an @ symbol, here is a screenshot: https://ibb.co/h8JMG2gIs there a way to restore things, should I just reset the computer back to factory settings? Any ideas?

    Hi James,

    Since running the troubleshooter for Windows app didn't work, we suggest resetting Windows Store by following the steps below to resolve your issue:

    • Type Apps & features on search box/Cortana and click on it.
    • Look for Microsoft Store app and click on Advance options.
    • Click Reset button and retest.

    Update us with the outcome so we can provide you further assistance.
