Windows 10: Cant connect to my pan

on w10 i cant connect to my pan. it says contact admin. I have done a network reset, updated all drivers but still cant connect. when ive done troubleshoot it says there may be a problem with the driver but still no connection afterwards. On another laptop with w11 I can still connect thru the same mobile device

Panning hand on IE and Edge - Surface Pro 3

Hi,

To disable the Panning hand, follow the steps below;

• Launch Internet Explorer and press Alt + V key.
• The Toolbars will appear at the upper left corner of the page and click on
  Panning hand.
• Turn off the Caret browsing by pressing F7.

Is it possible to connect a C5 to a bluetooth PAN on a laptop?

I have tried this but has no solution for the PAN but

On my mbp i used (DUN) and connect via bluetooth to the nokia c5-00.

you have to find out what's the APN is and fill it out, I hope there is some similar on the wintel os aswell. It was a big surprise that the PAN didnt work, has been working on ma last 2 SE (k530, Naite) the K700 didnt support the PAN but I remembered that
I used the DUN so thats workaround for now.
